Law Enforcement, Legal Process and Compliance

Change of Ownership

We reserve the right to transfer to relevant third-parties any information we have about you in the event of a potential or actual sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, divestiture, dissolution or liquidation) or other business combination. In such case, we will require the relevant third parties to provide comparable levels of protection as we provide with respect to the information we share.


We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.


General Data Protection Regulation

EU residents may have a number of important rights free of charge. Please note that we may have valid legal reasons to refuse your request. In such instances, we will let you know if that is the case. You maintain the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority in your local EU Member State under the GDPR. Under the GDPR, if you wish to exercise your “right to be forgotten” and have all Personally Identifiable Information deleted, please:

Email Communications

You will receive marketing communications from us if you have:

  • Requested information from us
  • Purchased goods or services from us
  • Provided us with your details when opting into our blog, resources, challenges, webinars, etc. and in each case, you have not opted out of receiving further email messages.

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by emailing us at at any time.

If you opt-out of receiving our marketing communications and you are a registered user, have made purchases from us, or have had other transactions, your request may not delete all of your information and may not eliminate further communications with you.

Cookies and “Do Not Track” Signals

Our Website uses “Cookies” to identify the areas you have visited and to personalize the content that you see. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default but may be set to disable or reject the use of cookies. Information from Third Parties

To manage the information we receive about you from a social media site or other third parties, you will need to follow the instructions from that party for updating your information and changing your privacy settings, where available. The information we collect is covered by this Policy and the information the third-party collects is subject to such third party’s privacy practices. Privacy choices you have made on any third-party site will not apply to our use of the information we have collected directly through our Platforms.


The Platforms may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third party sites or services to which links or access is provided through the Platforms. We encourage you to learn about third parties’ privacy and security policies before providing them with information.


By using the Platforms, you authorize us to transfer and store your information in the United States, for the purposes described in this policy.


We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, tax, or our individual customer needs.

The exact data retention period will vary based on the particular system storing the information, the date of the user’s last activity or interaction with the Platform, and whether or not the information relates to a current or past user.
